BREATHWORK FOR BEGINNERS: How to slim down, speed up, and boost your income
Breathwork is an easy method to increase fat loss, increase productivity, and even increase sales and make more money–just by changing how you breathe. You can do it at home, and get results quickly. In fact, many of my clients notice an immediate improvement in insulin sensitivity (confirmed via muscle testing) just by practicing breathwork exercises.
For example, I have had clients that have muscle tested as only being able to handle 30 grams of carbohydrates per day (due to excessively high-stress levels). They have done 1 session of breathwork, and then almost immediately increased their carbohydrate tolerance as high as 150 grams post-session. The benefits are fast, they’re real, and they’re pretty incredible.
Breathwork Exercises
Here are three different methods of breathwork you can try at home:
- The 4-7-8 Method: This method is great for people who have trouble falling asleep at night. Simply breathe in for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds, and then breathe out for eight seconds. Repeat this cycle four times.
- The 100 Breaths Method: This one is good for people who want to increase their energy levels and focus. Breathe in and out 100 times as quickly as you can without straining yourself. Make sure you’re sitting or standing up straight while you do this so you don’t get dizzy!
- The Full Lungs Method: This one is good for people who want to improve their lung capacity and breathing efficiency. Inhale deeply through your nose until your lungs are full, then exhale fully through your mouth. Repeat this 10 times. Remember to inhale and exhale slowly and steadily – do not strain yourself! This is also the method I use most often with clients to improve their carbohydrate sensitivity.
There are many benefits to breathwork, including increased carbohydrate tolerance, increased productivity, and even increased sales and income. You can try any of these three methods at home to get started. Remember to inhale and exhale slowly and steadily, and never strain yourself. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise or health routine.
