Hi! I’m the founder, Becki Siconolfi and creator of Vivre Sano (which means “live healthy” in Italian). I’ve been a coach and mentor in the health and fitness industry for 16 years, and I specialize in challenging weight loss, and metabolic/digestive health issues! After many years of chasing down the solutions to my own digestive/hormone imbalance/ and energy issues, I finally found REAL solutions in a functional approach to health.
